Multi-compound protocols
These combinations circulate widely and owners search for them by name. Describing them accurately, with their risks attached, is more useful than pretending they do not exist.
The short answer
The most widely used canine peptide protocol is the Wolverine stack — BPC-157 with TB-500 — investigated for soft tissue and orthopaedic injury. The GLOW protocol adds GHK-Cu where skin and wound healing matter. Both hinge on one screening question: TB-500 is contraindicated in dogs with cancer. The oncology protocols are substantially more experimental and have no place outside a veterinary oncology relationship.
The Wolverine Protocol
BPC-157 combined with TB-500 — the most widely discussed regenerative stack, investigated for soft tissue and orthopaedic injury.
The GLOW Protocol
GHK-Cu added to BPC-157 and TB-500 — investigated where skin, coat, and wound healing are part of the picture alongside soft tissue repair.
Post-Surgical Recovery Protocol
A conservative sequence built around BPC-157, intended to support a surgeon's plan rather than compete with it.
Investigational Oncology Protocol
Thymosin alpha-1 with PNC-27, sometimes with ivermectin. The most experimental protocol on this site, and the one requiring the most caution.
Repurposed Drug Protocol
Fenbendazole with ivermectin, sometimes with thymosin alpha-1 — two approved antiparasitics used off-label at extended schedules.
