The short answer
The canine conditions with the most relevant peptide research are soft tissue and orthopaedic injury — tendon and ligament damage, CCL tears, post-surgical recovery — where BPC-157 and TB-500 have the most mechanistic support, and wound healing, where GHK-Cu has a published canine study. Evidence is weakest, and risk highest, in canine cancer, where several otherwise-useful compounds are actively contraindicated.
Hip dysplasia
A malformed hip joint that leads to instability, cartilage wear, and secondary arthritis, most common in large and giant breeds.
Osteoarthritis
Progressive cartilage loss and joint inflammation, affecting a large share of dogs over eight years old.
Cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tear
