The short answer
The compounds most commonly investigated in dogs are BPC-157 and TB-500 for soft tissue repair, GHK-Cu for wound healing and skin, and thymosin alpha-1 for immune modulation. BPC-157 is the only one with published canine pharmacokinetic data. Growth factors (IGF-1 LR3, MGF) and the investigational oncology compounds (PNC-27, fenbendazole, ivermectin) carry substantially more risk and less canine evidence.
